The Orly is the Stage 1 form of the Wind group. It has high offensive stats, but low defensive ones.
Appearance
Locations
Wild Orlies can be encountered and signed in Route 1, Route 2, Route 3, Route 5, and the Cradlewood. They are also used by the enemy signers Daniel in the Annoying Cave, Kyle in the Cradlewood, and those participating in the Random Tournament.
Battle

Orlies learn Accelerate, a Larval-type technique. They can also use any Larval or Avian techniques that their ancestors learned.
