Liquid Lightning is an item in the MARDEK series.
Appearance
Liquid Lightning is a glass container containing a yellow liquid which is actually magically liquefied lightning. When put under stress it reverts to lightning and lashes out at people. It is topped with a brown stopper and has a yellow ribbon tied by the top, possibly with the name written on it.
