Blatantly Evil Chancellor is exactly what his name implies. He is the typical vizier or advisor who wants to kill Sslen'ck. Sslen'ck is completely ignorant of this fact, even after he is offered a cup of poisoned wine (which he didn't drink). He promises to keep things exactly the way it was left to him, in a way which implies that something will be changed.
Biography[]
A shining beacon of honour, benevolence, kindness and reliability, this reptoid is highly regarded by all in his community as the pinnacle of goodness. A hero. In his spare time, he likes giving to charity, making self-sacrifices, and playing with kittens and babies. Not that kittens live on Belfan, but oh well.
Involvement[]
He agrees to take over the village while Sslen'ck joins the party to adventure.
