Hell, I haven't been here in years, sorry for that. As you mentioned somewhere before, yeah, I was busy and I'll try to get around the list you made, either this or next week.
No problem. I don't exactly have a great track record for seeing things through! Speaking of that list, I was kicking myself when Fig Hunter went down; I had a good couple of weeks to go record stuff like blog posts and music pages (EDIT: looks like archive.fighunter.com
is still down though... hopefully the Wayback Machine is enough), but I spent that time improving Template:MonsterMARDEK and writing shabby Lua scripts instead. I'm going to take care of that tomorrow, now that the site is back, so there will probably be a ton of stuff besides the games I saved back then.

Most similarities observed in characters work kinda similarly to Kara no Kyoukai - Tsukihime relation [...] and on their wiki reoccurring characters are listed under the same page, even when there are huge differences between them, they just have their own sections. I'm not saying we should do the same, I'm just saying it's out there and it's working.
Are you talking about the TYPE-MOON Wiki? Sorry, I don't know much about the Nasuverse (if that's even what it's called—all of my information comes from TV Tropes). Either way, that sounds sort of like how the Final Fantasy Wiki deals with recurring stuff like Blood Swords.

The thing I'm proposing is kinda what I said in earlier threads, id est "Mardek (Fig Hunter)" and "Mardek (Alora Fane)". We're dealing with two universes now and in an unlikely event Mardek from the remake were to appear in something different, it would look silly under the name "Mardek (MARDEK 2014)", or whatever. He's from the new batch of Pseudo's art, let's don't give him the name of the game he appeared in, but instead show that he's a Mhan-nalaboonga, the Cherub of Hell, or whoever he is right now. This convention would help us in the future if characters from various games were to coexist with each other (and we know it happened!).
Another reason for it would be the fact, that we wouldn't have to make pages like "Emela (Deliverance)", "Emela (Mardek 2010)", "Emela (Mardek 2015)", "Emela (WhateverPseudoMakesIn 2021)", but instead "Emela (Fig Hunter)" and, possibly in the future, "Emela (Alora Fane)".
My only problem with that is, Pseudolonewolf's earlier stuff doesn't have a ton of internal consistency; MARDEK (these three games) and Deliverance might as well exist in separate universes. Don't get me wrong: there are definitely a ton of similarities between the two (four?), but those could exist for one of two reasons:
- MARDEK and Deliverance really do both take place in the same distant galaxy.
- The similarities are sort of... in-jokes, if you will. References to older stuff.
I think the simplest solution is to assume Negative Continuity for everything, unless it's explicitly stated that the game (or whatever) is part of a series. That would solve most, maybe even all of our existing problems—then the discussion turns to deciding on a reasonable naming scheme.
I'm really just looking for low-hanging fruit here. Your solution might be better in the long run, but I'd rather spend time making progress than arguing pointlessly about the "perfect solution" for months (like I've done in the past).
...That's my line of reasoning, anyway.

[Fig Hunter Online] is still violently called "Alora Fane: Creation" here, even though it's an entirely different project
...If it bothers you that much, why don't you rename it? I mean, I know you're busy, but it doesn't take that long.
